Creator, influencer and UGC programme automation
Creator and UGC content automation: discovery, tracking, reminders, reporting and payouts that run themselves
Nex Automations builds the automation layer for creator, influencer and UGC programmes: creator discovery by keyword and follower threshold, CRM sync, onboarding packets, contract generation with e-signature routing, deadline reminders in Slack, post and engagement tracking from social APIs, weekly reports, ROI per campaign and invoice and payout alerts. Built on Make.com, Zapier or n8n with custom code where an API needs it, by a Make Level 5 Expert and Zapier Certified Expert. Our own content engine took a Threads account to 1.15M views in 27 days on the same stages.
If this is your week, you are in the right place
- Creator discovery is someone scrolling Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and pasting handles into a sheet.
- Briefs, contracts and reminders go out by hand, so deadlines slip and nobody knows which creator posted what.
- Views, likes, comments and clicks are copied into a spreadsheet every Friday and the numbers are already stale.
- Finance asks which invoices are for content that is actually live, and the answer takes a day.
What you get, in the order it happens
- Programme map: every step from discovery to payout, who owns it, which tool holds the record, what "done" means.
- Discovery and CRM sync: profiles matching brand keywords and follower thresholds pushed into your CRM or Airtable with contact details.
- Onboarding and contracts: welcome packet and brief templates sent on join, creator names, dates and rates filled into the legal template and routed for e-signature.
- Tracking and reminders: Slack or email reminders before posting deadlines, live links captured when a creator posts, engagement pulled from social APIs into one dashboard.
- Reporting and payouts: weekly and monthly performance sheets, cost per engagement and conversion per campaign, invoices routed to finance once content is verified live, payment status alerts to creators.

Questions buyers ask before they hire
Which parts of an influencer or UGC programme can be automated?
Nearly every step: creator discovery by keyword and follower threshold, CRM sync, welcome packets and briefs on join, contract generation and e-signature routing, deadline reminders, live-link capture, engagement data into a dashboard, weekly reports, ROI per campaign, invoice routing once content is live and payment status alerts. The judgement calls, choosing a creator and approving content, stay with the team.
Do you use the official social platform APIs?
Yes where they exist: Meta Graph for Instagram, YouTube Data, and platform-specific creator APIs. Where a platform has no API we say so and agree an alternative before building, rather than relying on scraping for a production programme.
Can you integrate CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence or Aspire?
If the platform exposes an API or webhooks, yes. We connect it to the CRM, finance and Slack layer the same way as any other system. Tell us which platform you run and we confirm the integration path in the fit-check.
How much does creator programme automation cost?
One stage is $500 to $1,200, a connected programme is $2,500 to $6,000 and a full content engine with retainer starts at $6,000. Platform subscriptions, social API access and any voice or video tools are separate. Fixed scope is quoted before work starts.
Can AI write or publish the content?
It can draft, score and schedule. Our own engine took a Threads account to 1.15M views in 27 days with Claude drafting against a tested format library. For a brand programme every AI draft passes a human review step before it publishes, and a cloned voice is used only with the creator's consent.
