Is the consult actually free?

Yes, it is free and there is nothing to buy at the end of it. Thirty minutes, no charge, and you keep the answer whether or not you hire us. It is not a trial, a teaser or a paid session in disguise.

Who am I actually talking to?

Prem Patel, who would do the building, not a salesperson or an account manager. What happens on the call?

We map the process that is costing you the most time and work out whether automation actually fixes it. You describe how the work happens today, Prem asks specific questions about volume, tools and where things fall through, and by the end you have a rough scope, a rough price and a first step. No slides and no pitch.

How long is it and where does it happen?

Thirty minutes on Google Meet. The link arrives by email the moment you book, times on the calendar show in your own timezone, and we work with clients in 12+ countries, so a timezone gap is normal rather than a problem.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No preparation is needed. It helps to come with one process in mind, even loosely described, something like "we copy orders from Shopify into a spreadsheet every morning". If you are not sure which process is the problem yet, book anyway, because working that out is part of the call.

What if automation is not the right answer for me?

You will hear that on the call, and you will be pointed at the cheaper route instead. Sometimes the honest answer is a setting inside a tool you already pay for, a different plan, or hiring a person rather than building a system. Saying so costs us one call and saves you a build you did not need.

What happens after the call?

You get a fixed-scope quote before any work starts, or nothing at all if you would rather think about it. Scope and price are agreed up front rather than billed by the hour, platform subscriptions are yours and quoted separately, and there is no obligation to continue.
