I spent years watching capable teams lose hours every day to work that should never need a person. Closing that gap, with systems that keep running after we hand them over, is what the studio is for.

The first call
Prem runs it: a 30-minute working session on your process, and you leave with a yes, a no or a better idea.
The scope and the handover
Prem signs both: the fixed scope before we start, and the handover, with documentation and a walkthrough, when we finish.
Every build, reviewed
Every system is reviewed at Level 5 before it ships. Afterwards it retries and recovers on its own, the team fixes what remains on priority under the retainer, and Prem reviews the fixes.
Journey
Building automations since 2019.
Started building automations on Zapier and Integromat for small businesses, and saw what reliable systems do for teams buried in repetitive work.
First 50 clients across e-commerce and agency workflows, mostly Google Sheets integrations, order automations and lead routing.
Founded Nex Automations and became an Integromat partner. Took on multi-step workflow projects in finance and retail.
Integromat became Make.com. Nex Automations became a Make Solutions Partner the same year.
Reached the Make Silver Partner tier and shipped the first AI agent integrations, Make with OpenAI, in production business workflows.
Earned the Make.com Level 5 Expert certification on 2 February. Crossed 1,000 automations delivered. Taught an EoNC cohort of 1,000+ students.
Earned the Zapier Certified Expert credential in February. AI systems in production: agents, retrieval pipelines and multi-tool orchestration for e-commerce, SaaS and finance.
Recertified Make Level 5 on 5 January, valid to 2028. Reached 1,200+ automations for 210+ clients.
