For a senior hiring expert, ElevenLabs generates the voice track for talking-head and desk-side reels inside a wider content and outreach automation that also runs Apollo. The point was not a voice-over tool. It was voice connected to the rest of the workflow: scripts, generation, assembly, publishing and the outreach the content feeds.

The situation

A hiring expert wanted a steady stream of short-form video without recording every piece to camera. The voice had to sound like the client, the reels had to be produced on a cadence and the content had to feed the same outreach system the business already ran on Apollo.

The 3 problems

1. Recording was the bottleneck. Every reel needed a session in front of a camera, so cadence slipped whenever the calendar filled.
2. Voice tools stop at the audio file. Generating a track is easy; getting it into a reel, published and logged is where the manual work lived.
3. Content and outreach were separate. Reels went out; the outreach team did not know which piece had gone live to reference it.

• A cloned voice needs the client's explicit consent and a review step before anything publishes. Both are part of the build, not optional.
• The voice is the smallest part of the system. The value is in the connections around it, which is why we scope the workflow first and the voice tool second.
