Every Certified Make.com and Zapier Partner in India: The Verified 2026 List

As of August 2026, the two official partner directories list exactly six companies in India: three tiered partners in the Make partner directory and three in the Zapier Solution Partner directory. One company appears on both lists. This article names all six, shows the directory listing for each so you can verify every entry yourself and explains what the tiers actually mean before you hire anyone.

I am Prem Patel, founder of Nex Automations, an AI systems studio in Ahmedabad. Full disclosure up front: Nex Automations is one of the six companies below, and the only one listed in both directories. Everything in this list comes straight from the official directories, checked on 15 August 2026, and every claim links to a page you can open right now. Nothing here is ranked by opinion.

Why "certified partner" is a checkable fact, not a marketing word

Thousands of freelancers and agencies in India describe themselves as Make.com experts or Zapier specialists. The word expert is free. A directory listing is not: Make and Zapier control their own partner directories, review the companies in them and assign tiers based on certifications, verified client work and platform activity. A company cannot write itself into either directory.

That makes the two directories the only neutral starting point for hiring in this space. Before you believe any certification claim, from anyone including us, open the directory and look for the listing. If you want the full hiring process, including what to pay and what to ask in the first call, that is covered in the guide to hiring a Make.com expert in India. This page is the list itself.

The complete list: Make.com partners in India

The Make partner directory lists 57 tiered partners worldwide as of August 2026. Three are based in India.

That is the entire field. If a company claims to be a Make partner in India and is not one of these three, the claim does not match the directory as of the verification date above.

The complete list: Zapier Solution Partners in India

The Zapier Solution Partner directory lists three partners based in India, all at the Silver tier.

The one company on both lists

Nex Automations is the only company in India that appears in both the Make partner directory and the Zapier Solution Partner directory as of August 2026. We hold the Silver tier in each, and I hold the Make Level 5 Expert certification individually, alongside the Zapier Certified Professional credential.

Why dual certification matters when you hire: a partner certified on one platform has an incentive to recommend that platform for every problem. A team certified on both can tell you honestly when your use case fits Make, when Zapier's app coverage wins and when neither is the right answer. That platform-neutral view is the same reason we maintain a detailed Zapier vs Make vs n8n comparison with verified pricing and integration counts.

The numbers behind the listings: over 6 years we have shipped 1,200+ automation systems for 210+ clients across 12+ countries, with a 5.0 average across 80 reviews. The systems themselves are documented with real metrics in our work portfolio, and the full service list is at what we build. The story of how the Zapier credential was earned is in the Zapier Solution Partner announcement.

What the tiers actually mean

Both programs tier their partners, and the tiers measure different things, so read them correctly rather than assuming higher always means better for your project.

Make tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum): based on certified team members, verified client implementations and revenue through the platform. Platinum generally indicates a larger delivery team and higher volume. Silver indicates a fully certified, directory-verified partner, typically a smaller senior team. For a mid-size business automating operations, team seniority on your actual project usually matters more than the badge on the biggest contract.

Zapier Solution Partner tiers: based on certifications, client reviews collected through the directory and platform activity. All three India partners currently sit at Silver, so in India the tier does not differentiate; the portfolio and reviews do.

What no tier measures: response time, documentation quality, whether the person on the sales call is the person doing the build and whether the partner works in your industry. Those you check through the portfolio and the first conversation.

How to verify any partner claim in 60 seconds

  1. Open the Make partner directory and search the company name. No listing means no current partner status, whatever the website badge says.
  2. Open the Zapier Solution Partner directory and do the same.
  3. Check the tier shown on the listing matches the tier claimed.
  4. For individual certifications, ask for the certificate link: Make certifications and Zapier certifications both issue verifiable credentials.
  5. For Make specifically, there is a ten-second visual check: in the Make Community, admins verify partner status manually, and verified partners carry a star badge on the avatar plus an expert or partner title next to the username.

How to choose between the six

An honest short guide, given we are on this list:

FAQ

Q: How many certified Make.com partners are there in India? A: Three, as of August 2026: Msquare Automation Solutions (Platinum), Groww Stacks (Platinum) and Nex Automations (Silver). This is the complete set of India-based companies in the official Make partner directory, which lists 57 tiered partners worldwide.

Q: How many Zapier Solution Partners are there in India? A: Three, as of August 2026: Nex Automations (Ahmedabad), DSP Solves (Gurugram) and CenturianIT (Bangalore), all at the Silver tier in the official Zapier Solution Partner directory.

Q: Which company in India is certified on both Make.com and Zapier? A: Nex Automations is the only India-based company listed in both the Make partner directory and the Zapier Solution Partner directory as of August 2026.

Q: Is a certified partner the same as a certified expert? A: No. Partner status belongs to a company and appears in the vendor's partner directory. Expert certifications like Make Level 5 or Zapier Certified Professional belong to individuals. The strongest signal is both together: a directory-listed company whose builders hold individual certifications.

Q: How do I verify a Make or Zapier partner claim? A: Search the company name in the official directory on make.com or zapier.com. If there is no listing, the company is not a current partner regardless of what its website says.

Q: Does a higher partner tier mean better results for my project? A: Not automatically. Tiers reflect certified team size and platform volume. For most small and mid-size projects, the seniority of the people on your build, the documentation standard and industry fit matter more than the tier badge.
